Finland: Sanna Kulmala to lead WORK2030 programme

NordenBladet — Sanna Kulmala, Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration, has been chosen as the new Programme Director of the development programme for work and well-being at work (WORK2030).

Kulmala specialises in management and organisational development, and she will transfer to the post from change agency Ellun Kanat. Before that she worked as HR and Communications Director at multidisciplinary consultancy company WSP Finland and in HR duties at SOK Corporation and media company Sanoma News. The WORK2030 programme is a government project led by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment. It aims to reform operating practices in working life in cooperation with workplaces and different sectors. The parties implementing the programme also include central labour market organisations and many other actors in the world of work.The Programme Director works at the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health, which is responsible for the operational implementation of the programme.
