OHMYGOSSIP — Helena-Reet Ennet (35) says her designs flatter every figure and claims women don’t have to be skinny to wear her clothes. The A-list journalist and Ohmygossip Couture brand developer and designer wants to appeal to a broad range of clients and claims her ready-to-wear T-shirt line flatters all figures, suiting everyone.
She told: “A lot of women think they have to be slim to wear Ohmygossip Couture scoop neck tanks, which isn’t at all the case. I don’t expect my clients to be the same. Each of us is unique — and our bodies are, too! “
Helena-Reet is thrilled her popularity as a designer keeps growing and maintains her primary concern is the quality and reputation of her brand rather than her status.
The mother-of-two also confessed she is a bit of a control freak when it comes to her fashion label or editorials, laughing: “I supervise everything!”
Meanwhile, Helena-Reet Ennet admires Duchess Catherine’s elegant, graceful and classic style. She believes the Duchess of Cambridge has a great sense of style which is accessible to women worldwide.
Helena-Reet thinks the Duchess of Cambridge has very inspiring and “accessible” style. She admires the way the British royal – who was known as Kate Middleton before her marriage to British Prince William – mixes high end designer wear with high street items and thinks it is easy for people to copy her look.
“It’s interesting how she mixes designer pieces with price-friendly fashion that is accessible for women worldwide. Her style is classic, very feminine and graceful.”
