NordenBladet – Crown Prince Frederik has undergone a minor shoulder operation today after sustaining an injury skiing in Switzerland last week.
The successful outpatient procedure took place in Copenhagen at the Rigshospitalet.
The Crown Prince hurt his left shoulder while skiing in Switzerland where his four children with Crown Princess Mary are currently studying abroad.
No changes are expected Crown Prince Frederik’s diary.
“The treatment consisted of an uncomplicated operation, which went according to plan. The shoulder injury does not affect The Crown Prince’s official programme,” the Royal House said in a press release today.
